How much oxygen you can use is one of the most honest indicators of your fitness.
What is it?
Spiroergometry is a test that measures how your body uses oxygen by analysing inhaled and exhaled air during a controlled exercise test. Heart rate and breathing data are recorded at the same time.

How is it done?
Wearing a mask, you perform the test on a cycle ergometer or treadmill with gradually increasing effort. The test is carried out under specialist supervision and adapted to your capacity.
How is it used?
The results are used to set your personal training zones, your physiotherapy programme and the dose of your hypoxia applications. Repeated at the end of the programme, they show your progress.
Which programmes include it?
Following a physician’s assessment, this measurement can be planned as needed as part of the longevity assessment and the one-month programmes.
