Our body adjusts its temperature at every moment. How this adjustment works carries clues about our health.
What is it?
Biothermology is an assessment method that measures temperature values in different regions of the body to map its thermoregulatory response — that is, how the body regulates its heat.

How is it done?
Measurements are taken at specific points at rest and after a short cooling period. The procedure is painless and requires no intervention.
How is it used?
The resulting heat map gives your physician an additional perspective on stress load and regional imbalances. It is not a diagnostic tool; it is interpreted together with other measurements.

Which programmes include it?
Following a physician’s assessment, this measurement can be planned as needed as part of the longevity assessment and one-month programmes.

Frequently asked questions
How long does biothermology take?
About 60 minutes. The exact duration is planned by our team according to your assessment and programme.
When and how are the results of biothermology reviewed?
Same day. Your results are always reviewed with a specialist physician, in clear and understandable language.
Is any preparation needed for biothermology?
We recommend not using cream or deodorant on the day of the measurement. We send you the necessary preparation instructions before your appointment.
Who is biothermology not suitable for?
Eligibility is always determined by a physician’s assessment. In conditions such as pregnancy, cardiovascular disease and uncontrolled chronic illness, some applications are not performed or require a physician’s approval.
