Privacy notice (KVKK)

As EMP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (the "Company"), acting as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Personal data processed

Your identity and contact details, health data obtained in the course of healthcare services, appointment and transaction records, and transaction security data generated when you visit our website may be processed.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data are processed for the purposes of planning and providing healthcare services, managing appointments, communicating with you, fulfilling legal obligations and improving service quality.

Legal grounds

Your data are processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK — in particular, with regard to health data, for the purpose of medical diagnosis, treatment and care services — and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfer

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public authorities within the scope of legal obligations, and to the laboratories and service providers we work with to the extent required by the service.

Your rights
