Mesotherapy is a complementary method in which supportive components are delivered with very fine needles, in small doses, beneath the skin of a target area. In our clinic it is always planned by our certified mesotherapy physician after a medical assessment.
What is it?
In mesotherapy, nationally and internationally recognised medical and homeopathic products that meet the regulations are delivered in small doses into the middle layer of the skin with very fine needles. In Türkiye, mesotherapy falls under the Ministry of Health regulation on Traditional and Complementary Medicine (GETAT) and may only be performed by certified physicians.

How is it planned?
Everything starts with an assessment. Your physician reviews your health history, your medications and, if needed, your laboratory results. The area, content, dose and frequency are set for you alone; we do not use a one-size-fits-all formula.
What happens in a session?
The session takes place in a calm room and usually lasts 15–30 minutes. The needles are very fine; you may feel a slight prick, and a numbing cream can be applied beforehand if needed. You can return to daily life afterwards; brief redness or small bruises may appear at the site.
Who is it considered for?
For adults seeking a complementary treatment as part of a holistic programme, it can be planned after a medical assessment. Mesotherapy is not offered as treatment for a disease.
Points to note
It is not performed, or is at the physician’s discretion, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in bleeding disorders, with blood thinners, with an active skin infection at the site, or with allergy to the components used. Mesotherapy does not replace medical treatment.
