Ketogenic, intermittent fasting or gluten-free? There is no single right answer for everyone. Finding the right one for you, however, is possible.
Our approach
The world of nutrition is full of competing diets. Each works for some people and may not suit others. We see popular diets not as templates but as tools that can be used when needed. The real question is what your body, your pace of life and your goals need.

How is it prepared?
Your dietitian first takes a detailed nutritional history: what you eat, when you eat, how you sleep, your work pace and your eating habits. Your laboratory results, cellular measurements and, where appropriate, genetic test results are then assessed together.
The resulting protocol covers not only what you eat but also when you eat, your eating windows and how to set your table. Where appropriate, time-restricted eating, anti-inflammatory nutrition principles or temporary elimination phases may be included in the plan.
Practicality
The best nutrition plan is the one you can follow. That is why your protocol is shaped around your working life, your family table and the food you enjoy. Throughout the programme, menus suited to your protocol are prepared in the kitchen on our campus, giving you an ideal setting in which to try the new routine.
Follow-up
At weekly consultations we review together how you feel, how well you are following the plan and your measurements, and adjust the plan where needed. At the end of the programme, the routine you will continue at home is handed to you in writing.
Points to note
In conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, pregnancy or medication use, the nutrition protocol is prepared together with a physician’s assessment. No fasting or restrictive regimen should be followed without specialist supervision.

A food diary covering a few days is helpful. We send you the necessary preparation instructions before your appointment.
Who is personalised nutrition not suitable for?
