Most of our blood circulation takes place in invisible vessels finer than a hair. BEMER is a physical application designed to support this microcirculation.
What is it?
BEMER vascular therapy is a physical application in which specially structured, low-intensity electromagnetic signals are transmitted to the body through a mat. It aims to support flow in the smallest vessels — the microcirculation — which carry oxygen and nutrients to the cells and remove waste.

How is it applied?
You lie down, clothed, on a mat placed on a comfortable bed. The application cannot be felt; there is no sensation of heat, vibration or electric shock. Your physiotherapist sets the programme settings for your session.
What happens in a session?
A session lasts about 30 minutes. You can spend this time resting, doing breathing exercises or simply closing your eyes. It can be scheduled on the same day as other applications, before or after them.
Who is it considered for?
It may be considered for those who work at a demanding pace and want to support their recovery, those who feel the effects of an inactive lifestyle, and those looking for a supportive session alongside applications based on hormesis.
Points to note
It is not performed for people with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, or for people receiving immunosuppressive treatment after an organ transplant. Eligibility is always determined by a physician’s assessment.
