Dr. Ralf Oettmeier completed his medical studies summa cum laude at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena in Germany. He then specialised at the university’s Orthopaedic Clinic.
Career
For more than twenty years he worked in his own practice in Greiz, Germany, in reflex therapies, manual medicine, acupuncture, neural therapy and pain therapy.
He served as medical director at the "im Leben" Clinic in Greiz and at the biological–holistic medicine and dentistry centre of the Paracelsus Klinik in Lustmühle, Switzerland. Today he is the medical director of Alpstein Clinic in Gais, Switzerland.

He prepares seminars, conferences and textbooks to promote holistic medicine internationally and to educate medical professionals and interested readers. His work focuses on biological and preventive medicine, systemic procaine applications, dark-field microscopy, quality management in biological medicine and interdisciplinary collaboration worldwide.
